The tech industry continues to play a crucial role in the job market, with every eighth new job being created within the sector. According to Tech Sweden’s latest industry report, 32,000 new tech jobs have been added since 2020, highlighting the industry’s significant growth and importance.
For nearly 20 years, we have been working with IT recruitment, where one of our core strategies has been to work data driven. Thanks to this approach, we compile an annual report featuring hiring and salary statistics within the tech industry. This year’s report is based on key figures from 338 recruitments, from a total of approximately 350 recruitments conducted in 2024 for Ants’ clients.
